Grit, we have politicians who show similar Green hypocrisy as Pelosi. Does anyone remember David Cameron and his team flying off to some Northern archipelago to promote his Green face? Pete, I agree with you about Beckam. And unfortunately, it's not just him. All the international footballers will be dropping huge carbon trails. Look at all the foreign footballers who play for the English Premier league and have international commitments too. It's the same with the Olympics. The London games are meant to be the Greenest ever but think of all those global flights in and out of London. It's bad enough now! Just doesn't bear thinking about. Morning guys.

Our Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, just took a luxury jet trip to Greenland, with a handful of her cohorts, did a quick tour of a melting glacier, jetted over to England for lunch, then rode a CO2 trail over to Germany to discuss ways to stem Global Warming with EU politicians. Somehow, I do not believe they actually understand the underlying factors in the debate :) Oh, you should note that this same politician has demanded, and been given, a larger jet from our Government to fly her back and forth between Washington DC and San Francisco every week. The stated reason for her higher polluting need was that she didn't have time to land midway and refuel, which the smaller plane would have required. the Grit Hi y’all,
