Great post anyway Pete. George Bush is so fickle. This is just another expample of the President and his double standards. He calls Darfur a genocide and he's fully aware of China's complicity but he shrugs his shoulders like a baby and says he's going anyway. He hasn't got a moral fibre in his entire body. He could send a powerful message to the Chinese government by refusing to attend the Olympics unless they meet certain humanitarian demands but no, he won't miss the show for anyone or anything. He consistently fails to uphold the freedoms and beliefs that his own country values so much. I sent a comment to this post last night but it doesn’t seem to have arrived.
